Use the feedback tab within our site
While you are browsing the Soocial website you can use the feedback tab on the left to ask questions or submit a problem you are experiencing.
The best way to get help is at our public support site. We use a public support forum because it enables all our users to help each other and it makes what we do more transparent.
We have integrated Get Satisfaction in such a way that you shouldn't have to login separately. If you don't have a GetSatisfaction account there is a quick setup you need to confirm if you want to post questions.
